The right kind of people

In meinem ersten OUBS Kurs (B800, lange ist es her) habe ich gelernt, dass es zwei prinzipielle Möglichkeiten gibt, einen Job zu besetzen:
  • Person-job fit
  • Person-organisation fit
Vor allem in not-for-profit-organisations ist der Faktor person-organisation-fit besonders wichtig, wie sehr schön aus diesem Zitat hervorgeht:
I am a CEO of a not for profit organisation and would be happy to talk to you about the type of people we look for. We tend to look for the right type of person and mindset rather than tangible skills (although in some posts these are essential). I have taken on a few people from other sectors who have had no charity experience - like yourself they were looking for a career change. Some have worked out, some haven't. Happy to talk to you if you are still interested in making a change.
